Hologic of Bedford, MA, has added chairman to the roster of titles held by president and CEO Jack Cumming. Cumming joined Hologic in August 2000 as senior vice president and president of the company's Lorad division. In August 2001, he was named CEO and president.
Cumming succeeds Hologic co-founder Jay Stein, appointed chairman emeritus, who will continue to serve on the board and will remain in the position of chief technology officer.
