Radiology Partners adds former governor to its board

Former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has joined Radiology Partners' board of directors, the company announced.

While in office, Hogan launched the Maryland Cancer Moonshot Initiative, a $216 million investment in cancer prevention, detection, and treatment, including funding for the University of Maryland Capital Region’s Center for Advanced Medicine, two comprehensive cancer centers in the state, and cancer research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins University.

Radiology Partners (RP) said Hogan brings leadership, healthcare policy perspective, and personal experience that aligns with its mission.

Hogan served as Maryland's governor from 2015 to 2023 and as chairman of the National Governors Association from 2019 to 2020. Shortly after taking office, he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and continued to lead the state while undergoing treatment.
