GE HealthCare (GEHC) has appointed William Grogan as chief financial officer (CFO), effective September 14.
Grogan succeeds Jay Saccaro, who stepped down for a role outside the medical technology industry. He joins from Xylem, where he has served as executive vice president and CFO since 2023. Prior to Xylem, Grogan served as CFO of Idex Corporation from 2017 to 2023.
George Newcomb, who has been serving as interim CFO, will continue as controller and chief accounting officer, GEHC said.
