Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation has appointed Michael Hartman as vice president, general counsel, and secretary, effective August 24.
Hartman most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel for the Americas at Elekta, a radiation therapy and oncology software company, and previously held the role of lead division attorney for the U.S. Industry Automation Division at Siemens.
Fujifilm Americas represents more than 20 subsidiaries across the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Colombia.
