Rad AI has appointed Barrett Dwyer as chief financial officer (CFO) and Kevin Field as chief revenue officer (CRO).
The company said these appointments come as demand increases for Rad AI's radiology software and follow the company's $60 million series C funding round announced earlier in 2025. With more than $140 million raised to date, the company is now valued at $525 million, Rad AI said.
Dwyer will oversee Rad AI's financial strategy, operations, and planning. He previously served as CFO at Brightline and at Modern Health. He also held executive roles at Canvas, where he supported mergers and acquisitions processes and helped navigate the company's acquisition by Ford Motor Company and subsequent merger with Fair.
Field, meanwhile, will be responsible for shaping the company's overall business strategy and ensuring cross-functional alignment to achieve revenue goals. He most recently served as senior vice president of commercial revenue at Bamboo Health. Prior to that, Field helped drive revenue efforts at PatientPing, a national care coordination network.
