Interventional firm Cook said it has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance for its 36mm Zenith Flex AAA endovascular graft for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).
The product is designed to provide a minimally invasive treatment option for patients with large abdominal aortic neck diameters who in the past might not have been candidates for endovascular aortic repair, according to the Bloomington, IN-based firm.
