
QT Imaging Holdings has appointed Jay Jennings as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective September 2.
As CFO, Jennings will be responsible for the company's operational finance, financial reporting, budgeting and strategic planning, and treasury management. Jennings will succeed QT's current CFO, Anastas (Stas) Budagov, who is stepping down to pursue other finance and accounting opportunities.
Jennings has 30 years of executive management experience in the financial and strategic leadership arenas. He most recently served as acting chief executive officer and CFO for UpHealth, a global digital health company. His earlier experience includes executive financial roles at eHealth and MetaCreation.
Prior to launching his corporate career in 1996, Jennings was an audit manager at Ernst & Young. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 1989.
