Siemens launches off-peak service program

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has unveiled a new service program called Off-Peak Advantage to provide preventive maintenance and system updates and modifications outside of normal operating hours.

Off-Peak Advantage is designed to allow facilities to schedule planned maintenance and updates during off-peak hours, eliminating downtime for planned service calls and disruptions in patient schedules.

Off-Peak Advantage is available for Siemens products in angiography, CT, MRI, molecular imaging, and oncology, and it's available to service customers with Performance (silver, gold, or platinum levels) or Shared Basic plans.
