Aspyra names Schutt as CEO

Healthcare information technology firm Aspyra of Calabasas, CA, has named Rodney Schutt as its new CEO.

He succeeds Jim Zierick, who had served as interim CEO since February. Zierick will remain as a director on the Aspyra board.

Schutt most recently was chief operating officer at bioscience technologies firm Luminetx, based in Memphis, TN. His career includes time as general manager of the Healthcare Solutions business for GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
