Siemens, Impac extend deal

Siemens Medical Solutions and radiation oncology information systems firm Impac Medical Systems have inked a five-year extension to their software distribution agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Siemens will distribute the Mountain View, CA-based vendor's Lantis oncology information system worldwide. Siemens of Malvern, PA, said it would also continue to cooperate in the development and marketing of Impac products.
