Display supplier and calibration software developer Double Black Imaging will be introducing its Gemini 12-megapixel (MP) display at next week's RSNA 2021 meeting in Chicago.

The 12-megapixel display includes a wizard designed specifically for testing, reporting, and alerting under the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA), according to the vendor. It also features multiresolution modes -- such as six-megapixel and 12-megapixel options -- for optimization by imaging modality, the company said.

Double Black has also incorporated ambient task lighting and sensors, as well as backlight sensors and built-in front sensors for automatic DICOM 3.14 calibration. Its CFS Calibration Software Suite and CFS Productivity Toolkit are also available.
