EMC gets Rockingham Memorial install

Storage firm EMC reported that Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA, has deployed its Clariion CX3 storage system, as well as its NetWorker and SnapView backup software for the facility's clinical and financial systems.

Rockingham Memorial purchased a Clariion CX3-40 system based on the EMC-developed Clariion UltraScale architecture for the storage area network (SAN) dedicated to the hospital's Meditech information system, according to Hopkinton, MA-based EMC.

In addition, Rockingham purchased a Clariion CX3-80 system to use in conjunction with its existing Clariion CX700 for disaster recovery and business continuity, the company said.
