The guide, titled "Do I Need Radiation If I Have DCIS?", covers topics including what DCIS is, how recurrence risk is evaluated, the role of radiation therapy after lumpectomy, and how DCISionRT, PreludeDx's molecular test for 10-year DCIS recurrence risk and radiation therapy benefit, supports treatment discussions. The resource is intended to help patients ask more informed questions during consultations with their physicians, the firms said.
