This White Plains, NY, CAD developer will use the RSNA conference as a platform to discuss its Therapy Response Monitoring (TRM) software, which analyzes contrast-enhanced breast MRI images to track changes in tumor characteristics as a result of therapy.

2006 11 02 14 50 14 706TRM monitors changes in the physiological parameters of cancer, according to the company, in some cases providing information on managing therapeutic strategies before changes occur in tumor size. The software also provides quantitative values for response markers based on routine contrast-enhanced MRI exams, the company said.

TRM requires the use of CAD Sciences' fTP technology and can't be used with CAD software from competing firms, according to the company.
