GE HealthCare's (GEHC) MIM software has released theranostics software called LesionID Pro at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) 2025 meeting.
Newly designed with AI-powered, automated zero-click preprocessing to help physicians minimize manual segmentation, the software provides physicians with whole-body tumor volume to review and finalize. Whole-body tumor burden has posed clinical and operational challenges in molecular imaging and theranostics, according to GEHC.
Added capabilities are intended to shorten the time it takes a physician to report. The automation helps physicians access tumor statistics without having to spend hours manually segmenting lesions, removing normal physiologic uptake, and registering multiple patient images for comparison, the company said.
Also at SNMMI 2025, GEHC is once again showcasing its small-footprint cyclotron, MINItrace Magni for in-house production of commercial PET tracers and radiometals, its Omni Legend PET/CT with 21 cm digital detector, and its dual-head SPECT/CT system.
In addition, the Theranostics Pathway Manager Tile is available on GEHC's Command Center software and is designed to simplify coordinating the theranostics care pathway.
