Ratio Therapeutics has inked a research collaboration and license agreement with RayzeBio to advance a novel radiopharmaceutical program focused on two undisclosed cancer targets.
Under the deal, Ratio will receive an upfront payment and is eligible for development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments as well as royalties on net sales, according to the company. The two firms will apply their respective discovery, translational, and radiopharmaceutical expertise to design, evaluate, and optimize a clinical development candidate, with Ratio leading initial research, translational, and candidate-assessment work.
RayzeBio holds an exclusive worldwide license to candidates and products developed under the program and will assume responsibility for further development, manufacturing, and commercialization once that initial work is complete, Ratio said.
