Toshiba Medical Systems announced it has merged with one of its group companies, Toshiba Medical Manufacturing.
The company said that the merger is intended to take advantage of the integrated technologies of each company. Toshiba expects that the merger will allow it to react rapidly to changes in the global business environment.
