Aspyra taps new chairman

Healthcare IT firm Aspyra of Calabasas, CA, has named John Mutch as chairman, effective immediately.

Mutch is managing partner of investment firm MV Advisors, and prior to that post, served as president and CEO of Peregrine Systems before its sale to Hewlett-Packard in 2005.
