Zonare, Hologic ink service deal

Ultrasound technology developer Zonare Medical Systems and women's imaging vendor Hologic have signed a service support agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Bedford, MA-based Hologic will become an authorized Zonare service subcontractor in the U.S., providing onsite service assistance to customers of the Mountain View, CA-based vendor.

The initial agreement is for a two-year period, renewable for two more years at the end of the initial contract, according to Zonare.
