Compressus promotes Broda

Software developer Compressus of Washington, DC, has promoted Janine Broda to the position of chief marketing officer.

Broda joined Compressus three years ago and previously served as the vice president and general manager of its MEDxConnect division. She will now be responsible for market positioning of the company's medical imaging products.

Replacing Broda as MEDxConnect general manager is Shawn Gibbons, who previously served as global PACS product manager for the Integrated IT Solutions division at GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
