GE launches IT training initiative

GE Healthcare has launched a global certification program based on its Centricity Enterprise.

The certification program from the Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.-based firm will train, certify, and support systems integrators across the globe, providing partners with the knowledge to adapt Centricity Enterprise software to the specific needs of customers.

Training classes and certification exams initially will be held at GE's offices in Seattle but will be available in other areas beginning in late 2009.
