Misys to deliver EMR for DCHS

Healthcare IT firm Misys Healthcare Systems has signed a deal to install its electronic medical record (EMR) products at Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS).

The multiyear, multimillion dollar partnership will provide DCHS' six California hospitals with a core clinical system for enhanced patient care and quality outcomes.

DCHS also will deploy the Raleigh, NC-based Misys' EMR and Practice Management software in ambulatory and physician office settings throughout the system.
