Perot nets HPA contract

Information technology development firm Perot Systems has signed a seven-year deal with Charlotte, NC-based health system Hospital Partners of America (HPA) to implement and support its clinical and financial applications.

Under terms of the contract, Perot Systems said it will provide 24/7 support and deliver clinical workflow management and processes for numerous applications, including McKesson's Horizon Clinical system, through its Healthcare Solutions Center.
