Orion Health nets rural RHIO contracts

Healthcare information technology developer Orion Health of Auckland, New Zealand, has been selected to provide its Web-based clinical portal and integration systems to regional healthcare information organizations (RHIOs) in Canada and Vermont.

Orion's electronic healthcare record (EHR) application provides healthcare professionals with lab results, diagnoses, patient histories, and medications information. In addition, the system integrates information from multiple information sources, according to Orion.
