Acacia Research subsidiary Hospital Systems has inked a nonexclusive patent license and settlement agreement with Fujifilm Medical Systems USA parent Fujifilm.
The agreement, which covers a PACS patent portfolio, resolves a dispute between Hospital Systems and Fuji in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, according to Acacia of Newport Beach, CA.
