ALI signs deal with Texas imaging center

Canadian PACS firm ALI Technologies of Richmond, BC announced that Radiology Associates of Tarrant County has selected the company’s UltraPACS product for a new facility in Southlake, TX. Slated to open next month, the Southlake Imaging Center also will implement a RAID-centric network storage system ALI debuted at RSNA last month.

The imaging center will offer services for CR, digital fluoroscopy, CT, mammography, MRI, bone mineral density, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The Southlake facility will be configured for 18 months of storage (approximately 37,000 exams) with future expansion accomplished by adding additional RAID slices, according to ALI.
