Sonora, Sonorad Asia ink deal

Sonora Medical Systems has signed an exclusive license and supply agreement with ultrasound dealer Sonorad Asia of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Sonora of Longmont, CO, will provide Sonorad Asia with proprietary know-how, advanced training, and intellectual property to establish a multivendor service (MVS) ultrasound transducer repair operation, field service, and spare parts business.

Sonora will also provide assistance in setting Sonorad Asia up as a supplier of ultrasound systems in the Philippines and other select markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
