Agfa HealthCare of Mortsel, Belgium, announced a new agreement with Sonix HealthCare Solutions (SHS) of Hauppauge, NY, that will enable Agfa's U.S. imaging center customers to purchase the complete line of SHS financial and business consulting services.

Agfa said the partnership will result in a product that consists of its RIS and SHS's revenue cycle management applications, allowing the firm to offer an information system that handles payor contracting, front-end scheduling, compliance, practice management, billing and collection, managed care consulting, and information technology services.
