Boston-based healthcare IT interoperability company Rhapsody has launched a new DICOM routing and imaging integration system called Image Director.
Image Director is designed to enhance clinical and operational efficiency, reduce infrastructure complexity, and enable scalable innovation across imaging environments, the company said. It simplifies the routing of imaging data from sources like CT, MR, and x-ray imaging to destinations such as PACS, VNAs, multimodal AI models, and cloud archives.
The company is showcasing Image Director and its full digital health enablement platform at the MedInformatix Summit, which is being held August 12 to 14 in Austin, TX.
