Dr. Murray Reicher is once again taking the reins at PACS software developer DR Systems, as the company's CEO.
Reicher, who co-founded DR Systems in 1992, succeeds Rick Porritt, who has retired after 20 years with the company. Reicher will focus on partnering with healthcare organizations to improve their clinical and financial success, according to the firm.
Reicher is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and fellow of the American College of Radiology (ACR). He has numerous scientific publications, inventions, and presentations in the fields of neuroradiology, musculoskeletal MRI, and health information technologies.
He is also the co-founder/chairman of Health Companion, co-founder/board member of Health Beacons, and councilor for the California Radiological Society, as well as past president of Radiology Medical Group and past CEO of Imaging Healthcare Specialists.
