In a deal worth $5 million, Alliance HealthCare Services has purchased teleradiology services firm 24/7 Radiology.
24/7 Radiology provides preliminary and final professional radiology interpretation services for MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and other imaging modalities in 18 states, the company said.
The purchase doubles the size of Alliance's professional radiology services to approximately $17 million in annualized revenue, according to the firm.
