Swedish PACS and digital mammography vendor Sectra of Linköping will unveil the latest version of its orthopedic PACS at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) annual meeting to be held February 15-19 in San Diego.
Sectra's Web-based orthopedic PACS incorporates new preoperative planning tool features. These include a new calibration unit for the hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as all major joints. Another new feature is automatic synchronization functionality for both posteroanterior and lateral radiographs when planning a knee case.
The company will also showcase its visualization table, a multitouch screen that displays large-size 3D images generated by MRI and CT scanners.
