Just under two-thirds (65%) of U.S. hospitals with 100 or more beds plan to expand or upgrade their PACS from 2010 to 2012, 6% plan to replace their current PACS with a new implementation from a different PACS integrator/provider, and 1% plan to invest in their first PACS.
