PACS software developer DR Systems will showcase its Unity Z-Series technology at the 2009 RSNA meeting in Chicago.
Z-Series features two products: Zero Download Ambassador (ZDA) for clinical review and Zero Download Scheduler (ZDS) for scheduling and ordering exams. ZDS is currently available in Release 8 of its Unity software, while ZDA will be available in Unity Release 9 in the second quarter of 2010, according to the San Diego-based vendor.
Both applications do not require downloading or the use of ActiveX controls, DR Systems said.
