Teleradiology services provider NightHawk Radiology Holdings reported record third-quarter revenues that showed strong growth in revenues and net income.
NightHawk reported sales of $25.2 million, up 47% compared with the $17.1 million reported in the third quarter last year. For the period (end-September 30), the Coeur d'Alene, ID-based firm had adjusted net income of $6.4 million, compared with adjusted net income of $3.4 million a year ago.
Due to the results, NightHawk has raised its full-year 2006 revenue and adjusted earnings guidance. The firm now estimates 2006 revenues will range from $91 million to $92 million, compared with previous guidance of $89 million to $91 million. Adjusted earnings per diluted share will be in the range of 67¢ to 69¢ per share, compared with previous guidance of 61¢ to 64¢ per share.
