Radiology informatics developer RadInfo Systems of Dulles, VA, will unveil its new miniPACS application, Micro PowerPACS, at the RSNA 2005 conference.
Micro PowerPACS will allow healthcare facilities to acquire, archive, view, distribute, and manage DICOM images, the company said. The application is fully scalable to any enterprise-wide PACS and supports the DICOM Modality Worklist protocol to register or retrieve patient demographic information from a RIS or HIS.
The product also incorporates a DICOM viewer with a full range of comprehensive tools, RadInfo Systems said.
