Radiology PACS provider Inphact and cardiology image management firm Electromed have merged to form Evolved Digital Systems, effective December 11.
The Laval, Quebec-based vendor said it has a combined installed base of more than 130 locations in North America and Europe. As part of the combination, Evolved raised $14.5 million (U.S.) in additional capital to fund its growth.
