Fujifilm Medical Systems USA is now guaranteeing customers receiving a Synapse PACS network or upgrade with a minimum of 99.9% uptime. Previously, the Stamford, CT-based vendor had guaranteed 99.5%. Fuji said it would also offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee for clients employing a clustered Synapse configuration (multiple computers, storage devices, and redundant interconnections).
