Retrieving a lost MemberID or resetting a password



If you can't remember your MemberID, you can have a password reset email sent to you by following these steps:

1. Go to http://password.auntminnie.com
2. If you know your MemberID, enter it in the box; otherwise type in your email address.
3. Click "Send Reset Email."

You will be emailed a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact customer support.
