Fujifilm Medical Systems USA is offering a PACS administrator scholarship in conjunction with the Society for Computer Applications in Radiology.
Designed for a prospective PACS administrator to attend SCAR's PACS administration overview course in Vancouver next month, the scholarship is valued at more than $2000, covering airfare, hotel, the overview course, and registration for the full SCAR conference, according to the Stamford, CT-based vendor.
A panel of SCAR members will select the recipient after evaluating applications on a brief essay, their CV, and their application form. More information on the scholarship and the application form is available on the home page of Fuji's Web site. The scholarship recipient is expected to be announced during the week of April 26, Fujifilm said.
