Dutch groups form IHE-Netherlands

A group of Dutch vendors, users, and standardization groups have formed Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise - Netherlands. The IHE-Netherlands steering group aims to present the IHE model to healthcare providers, payors, industry, and regulatory authorities, as well as facilitate adaptation of IHE to the Dutch market, according to the organization.

IHE-Netherlands consists of representatives from medical specialists (Dutch Radiological Society), the Dutch National Research Center, HL7-Netherlands, Dutch industry (Philips), and IHE-Europe.
