Avreo will be highlighting version 2.8 of its InterWorks RIS application.
Avreo's 2.8 iteration of its InterWorks RIS product is structured to manage the entire radiology workflow. All areas of the department are linked together allowing procedures to be completed faster, with reports generated and distributed, according to the New Orleans-based vendor.
The product, to be available in the first quarter of 2004, is a Web-based system for image acquisition, distribution and viewing. It can also handle quality assurance processing, report generation, storage, and distribution. Subscriptions and purchase plans are available with volume-based pricing, Avreo said.
