Medical software developer Atirix Medical Systems plans to highlight upgrades to its QC-Track modules for ultrasound and mammography at the upcoming AHRA meeting in Anaheim, CA.
QC-Track 5.4 features new ultrasound quality control tools such as an American College of Radiology (ACR) transducer protocol and a protocol to track high-level disinfection ultrasound transducers used for intracavitary exams. It also includes tools to support the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Enhancing Quality Using the Inspection Program (EQUIP) process for Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) compliance, Atirix said.
