Radiation Business Solutions (RBS) has acquired Apollo Healthcare, with the former saying the acquisition will allow the Apollo team to remain focused on making proton therapy more available to cancer patients.
Ben Frank, the former CEO of Apollo Healthcare, will continue to serve as CEO of Wheelhouse, a cancer management sister company of RBS. Frank will continue to operate as an adviser for Apollo and RBS. Apollo Co-Founder Christopher Gonzalez will also have a leadership role in Apollo as a division of RBS.
