Radiation Business Solutions (RBS) purchased Radmax, a radiation oncology medical billing company headquartered in Tyler, TX.
RBS also announced the development of a new radiation oncology network, VidaCore, which now has more than 200 physicians.
Radmax employees will join RBS, including Radmax CEO and President Kevin Ewalt, who will now serve as vice president of southwest operations for RBS.
