Mevion Medical Systems has secured a contract to equip a proton therapy center in Kansas City with its compact S250i system.
Kansas City Urology Care in Missouri will install Mevion's S250i proton therapy system with Hyperscan pencil beam scanning technology and is the first facility in Kansas to do so, according to the firm.
