
Radiation oncology firm Sirtex Medical has named Francis Jannot as executive vice president (VP) of international sales.
Jannot, who joins Sirtex with more than 20 years of healthcare global sales experience, will lead the company's sales activities outside of the U.S., Canada, and China, according to the vendor. He will also drive continued development and growth of its targeted interventional oncology markets in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Sirtex said.
In his most recent position, Jannot served as vice president of global commercial operations for Boston Scientific's structural heart valves business unit. Now at Sirtex, Jannot will be based in Paris, France, and he will also serve as a member of the senior leadership team, the company said.
