Mevion Medical Systems is installing its Mevion S250i proton therapy system with Hyperscan pencil-beam scanning at a hospital operated by Andalusian Health Service in Córdoba, Spain.
The system, which reduces unnecessary radiation doses to healthy tissue and prevents complications, will be located at the Córdoba Technology Park next to the University of Córdoba.
