21st Century Oncology has entered into a joint venture with a Washington state cancer clinic.
The company and its subsidiary, 21st Century Oncology of Washington, will own 80% of the newly formed joint venture with Northwest Cancer Clinic of Kennewick. The clinic's current physician leader, Dr. Sheila Rege, will hold 20% equity.
The deal expands 21st Century Oncology's reach into the northwestern U.S. market, the company said.
