Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems has established a radiotherapy education center and a clinical contact center in Tokyo.
Beginning in February, the education center will train radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and technologists who work with the company's cancer treatment systems, Varian said. The help desk, which will provide phone and email support to Varian's Japanese customers, will be housed at the same facility in central Tokyo.
